We live in Germany and in the Philippines and as a binational couple, we love both countries and we want to protect the regional culture in each part of a country and on the other hand we like to introduce you the flair and the special taste of our European "Heimat".
Italy, France and the countries of German language are looking back to a history of food perfection in the view of taste. Thanks to the difficult climate in the Northern Europe our ancestors were forced to find processing ideas only for the reason not to die in winter.
